Description

No. 20 Lower Harlestone is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and features a slate roof. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall, with a cellar and attic. The front has a single window range of casements with glazing bars, which are set under flat arch heads. The gable ends are finished with ashlar parapets and there is a brick stack at the eaves and end. The right gable is similar and has a projecting rear wing that includes an archway providing access to the rear entrance. To the left, there is a single-storey building.
