Description
This is a house from the early 18th century, constructed with regular coursed lias stone and topped with a thatched roof. It has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic, featuring a two-window range. The entrance is located to the left and consists of a plank door, while there is a similar entrance on the right leading to an outhouse, which has a wooden lintel. An open passage runs between the house and the outhouse. On the first floor, there are casement windows with leaded lights. The building has ashlar gable parapets and kneelers, along with a central 19th-century dormer that includes a casement window. There are brick stacks at the ridge and end, and two ashlar buttresses at the rear. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a bressumer in the right room, and the roof features butt purlins.
