Description
This is a house located at 21 Lower Harlestone, dating from the early 18th century. It is built of regularly coursed lias stone and features a thatched roof. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with an attic. The front has a two-window range of casements, which have moulded stone surrounds and remnants of stone mullions. In the centre, there is a small single light window with a stone surround and leaded lights. The central plank door is topped with a stone lintel. The gables are made of ashlar and have parapets and kneelers, while there is a roof dormer with a casement and brick stacks at both ends. The left side elevation includes windows with moulded stone surrounds and one blocked mullion. The interior has not been inspected.
