SW 98 SE ST ENDELLION DOLPHIN STREET, (south side), Port Isaac 9/48 No 28 - GV II Right-hand house of pair. Stone rubble with brick dressings and slate roof with gable end chimney stacks. Double depth plan probably with small central stair hall. 2 storeys, almost symmetrical 2-window front with brick segmental arches and dressings to ground and first floor windows. Ground floor with probably C20 plank door with probably restored C19 doorcase and pediment with dentilled cornice above. Ground and first floor with replacement 12-pane sashes. Interior not inspected.
