Description

No. 16 Bristol Street is a pair of houses that have been combined into one. They date from the early 19th century but have earlier origins in the left-hand section. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and brick, featuring a brick party wall stack and a stone slate roof. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range. The front is canted at the party wall, and there is a doorway to the left with a boarded door, along with horned 2/2-pane sash windows. The first floor above the left-hand section has been rebuilt in brick. The interior has not been inspected.
