House. Early to mid C19. Stuccoed. Plain tiled roof; brick stack on right. 3 storeys, 1 bay. C20 door on left. 4-pane sash on right in rendered architrave with vermiculated keystone and 2 small brackets under sill. First floor: tripartite canted oriel window with sashes, pilasters dividing lights, frieze and cornice, panelled apron. 2nd floor sash is set in rendered architrave. Coped parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
