Description

No. 45 Broad Street is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is finished in stucco with a plain tiled roof and features a brick stack on the right side. The building has three storeys and one bay. A 20th-century door is located on the left, while the right side has a four-pane sash window set in a rendered architrave, which includes a vermiculated keystone and two small brackets beneath the sill. On the first floor, there is a tripartite canted oriel window with sashes, flanked by pilasters that divide the lights, along with a frieze and cornice, and a panelled apron below. The second floor features a sash window also set in a rendered architrave. The building is topped with a coped parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
