Description
No. 3 Grand Parade is a house from the 19th century that has been altered. It features a stuccoed exterior and a plain tile roof with two brick stacks on the left. The building stands three storeys tall with an attic and consists of one bay. The entrance door is located on the right within a narrow doorcase, which has four panels, with the upper two being glazed. It has a 20th-century cornice and a bracketed flat hood above the door.
On the left side, there is a mid-19th century tripartite two-storey bay window. This bay window has a central sash with four panes, flanked by narrow side sashes. The window is divided by pilasters, with moulding at the top of the sashes, and features a frieze and bracketed cornice on each floor, along with panelled aprons. The second floor has an eight-pane sash window. Below the coped parapet, there is a cornice, and a 20th-century dormer window has been added. The interior has not been inspected.
