Description
No. 5 Grand Parade is a house from the early 19th century, featuring a stucco exterior and a plain tile roof with a brick stack on the left side. The building stands three storeys high and has two bays. The entrance door, located on the right, has four moulded panels and two glazed panels. To the left of the door are three sash windows with leaded lights. On the first floor, there are two-leaf French windows with margin glazing that open onto an iron balcony. This balcony is supported by brackets and features anthemion-style railing panels, along with a metal tent roof canopy. The second floor contains 12-pane sash windows. The building is topped with a coped parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
