Description
No. 19 Kingsdown Parade is a house from the early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior with roughcast below the ground-floor window, and the roof is not visible. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a single window range. The parapet has moulded coping, and the right-hand doorway in the attached wall is adorned with five stepped voussoirs. The door itself has diamond panels and an open upper section with a wrought-iron diamond grille, leading to a 20th-century doorway in the right return. The front of the house has a central two-storey canted bay with six-over-six pane sash windows, flanked by four-over-four pane sashes, and a three-over-three pane sash window on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected.
