Description

This is an early 19th-century attached house on Kingsdown Parade, Bristol. It is built of stucco with limestone dressings and has a pantile mansard roof. The house has a double-depth plan and is in a late Georgian style. It is three storeys high with an attic, and has a three-window frontage. A right-hand doorcase is pedimented and features fluted consoles, a plate-glass fanlight, and a six-panel door. To the left of the door is a tripartite window with a central six-pane sash and a four-pane sash. The sashes are in flush boxes; the first floor has eight/eight-pane sashes either side of a six/six-pane sash, the second floor has four/four-pane sashes flanking a three/three-pane sash, and the dormers have three/three-pane sashes. The interior of the house has not been inspected. The building is of group value.
