Terrace of 3 houses. Mid C19. Snecked limestone ashlar with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. Rusticated party wall pilasters to the cornice and parapet, second-floor sill band; left-hand doorcases, right-hand to No.12C, with moulded consoles to a cornice, plate-glass rectangular overlights and 6-panel doors. Tripartite windows with plate-glass horned sashes and architraves, plain to the basement, with foliate capitals to the ground floor, consoles to cornices on the first, and impost blocks and a central key to the second. INTERIOR not inspected.
