Description
Nos. 9, 10, and 11 Buckingham Vale is a terrace of three houses built around 1840. The houses are made of stucco with limestone dressings, and the roof is not visible. They are designed in a late Georgian style with a double-depth plan, featuring three storeys and a basement. The facade has a 2:1:2-window arrangement and presents a composed appearance with a recessed center. Giant pilasters frame the outer doorways and the corners, leading up to a cornice and parapet. Each doorway includes overlights and two-panel doors, with low attached walls. The door to No. 10 is positioned to the left. The windows on the second floor have architraves, with 6/6-pane and 3/6-pane sashes, while the outer ground-floor windows feature console cornices. A slate balcony spans the center of the terrace, supported by cast-iron brackets and decorative railings. The interior has not been inspected. This terrace is nearly identical to the neighboring Nos. 6-8.
