Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house located on Broad Street in Portsmouth. It is a two-bay building of two storeys and an attic, constructed with stucco and featuring a roof of interlocking tiles. The facade features rusticated rendered quoins. A 20th-century door and opening are located on the right side. The upper floor has four-pane sash windows set within rendered architraves, each with a rendered vermiculated keystone. A stone coped parapet tops the building, and a 20th-century dormer has been added to the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
