Description

Sunnyside is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble, with an asbestos slate roof covered in ridge tiles, hipped on the left side and gabled on the right. A brick chimney stack is located at the left end. The house follows a one-room plan, with the entrance on the right side and the main room to the left, which is warmed by the left-hand stack. The exterior is asymmetrical, featuring two storeys and a single window facing the front. A 20th-century half-glazed door with an overlight is positioned on the right, and a 12-pane margin-glazed sash window is located on the left side at both ground and first floor levels. The interior is not accessible.
