It is built of coursed ironstone rubble and features a raised 20th-century tile roof, a stone ridge stack, and a rendered end stack. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. The entrance, located to the left, has a 20th-century door and an open porch. Both the ground floor and first floor each have two 3-light casements with lead cames and wrought-iron casement fasteners. The right gable includes a small 2-light casement.
