Farmhouse. C17 with C19 additions. Squared, coursed ironstone. Slate roof. Stone ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attics. 2-window range. Entrance off-centre to right has plank door. Ground floor has a wood casement with renewed hood mould and label stop. First floor has two 3-light wood casements with wood lintels. Renewed hood mould and label stop on right. C19 outbuildings on right are not of special architectural interest. Interior not inspected.
