Farmhouse C17 with Cl8 addition and later alterations, 2 builds. Left part, Squared coursed ironstone. Slate roof. Brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys 2-window range. Entrance to right rids 4-centred arched head with hood mould and label stop. C20 door. 2 sash windows to left have 16-panes and stone flat arches. 2 similar first flour windows. Right part. Squared coursed ironstone. Steeply pitched C20-tile roof. Brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range. Entrance to right has plank door and wood lintel. C20 door on left. Two 3-light wood casements to left have wood lintels. 2 similar first floor windows. Roof raised by a few courses of stone. Iron tie-bar. Interior not inspected. (VCH; Oxfordshire; Vol X. p180)
