Description

Old Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with an 18th-century addition and later alterations. The left part of the building is constructed from squared coursed ironstone and features a slate roof with brick end stacks. It has a two-unit plan, is two storeys high, and has a two-window range. The entrance on the right has a four-centred arched head with a hood mould and label stop, leading to a 20th-century door. To the left, there are two sash windows with 16 panes and stone flat arches, with two similar windows on the first floor.

The right part of the farmhouse is also made of squared coursed ironstone and has a steeply pitched 20th-century tile roof with a brick ridge stack. This section also has a two-unit plan and is two storeys high, with a two-window range. The entrance on the right features a plank door with a wood lintel, while a 20th-century door is located on the left. There are two three-light wood casements to the left with wood lintels, along with two similar windows on the first floor. The roof has been raised by a few courses of stone and includes an iron tie-bar. The interior has not been inspected.
