Description

Numbers 10 and 11 Clifton Hill are a pair of terraced houses dating to around 1840. They are constructed of stucco with a tile roof. The houses are three storeys high and have a two-window facade. The ground floor is decorated with chamfered rustication, featuring a flat-arched entrance with an overlight in the outer bay. A canted bay window is present on the first floor, topped with a balcony having cast-iron railings and a concave awning. The second floor has sashes of an original design. Eaves are blocked, and the roof is hipped with a central stack. The interiors have not been inspected, but the front of the houses feature stucco walls and square, rusticated corniced gate piers.
