Detached house. 1822-30. Possibly by Amon Wilds and Charles Augustus Busby. Stucco, roof of slate. 2 storeys, 4-window range. The entrance is now in a single-storey bay to the left, flat-arched and flanked by pilasters, with a late C20 porch, cornice and parapet; there is also a 2-storey, 2-window range set back to the right, presumably also an addition. All windows flat-arched. The principal front consists of 2 windows to each floor, those to the ground floor under a concave canopy; sill band to first-floor windows which have blind boxes and are both flanked by Ionic pilasters; bracketed cornice; hipped roof; side stack to rear. INTERIOR: not inspected.
