Description

This detached house, dating to around 1825, is likely the work of Amon Wilds and CA Busby. It is stuccoed with a tiled roof. The property is two storeys high with a three-window front, designed in a double-fronted style. A flat-arched entrance is framed by pilasters and an entablature, featuring an overlight and a panelled door of original design, and is flanked by wreathed pilasters. Canted, single-storey bays have been inserted on either side of the entrance, with cornices and blocking courses. A sill band runs along the first-floor windows, which have flat arches with cornices on brackets and original sash windows. The building has boxed eaves and a hipped roof, with a side stack to the left. The right-hand return features one flat-arched window and one round window to the ground floor, and three round windows to the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
