Terraced house. c1825. Amon Wilds and Charles Augustin Busby. Stucco. Roof of slate. 4 storeys over basement. 2 window-range. Full-height segmental bay of one-window range rises through cornice and parapet. Only the metal concave roof of the first-floor verandah remains. Flat-arched dormer in gambrel roof which covers the left section of the house. The roof over the range at the corner is obscured by a parapet. Flat-arched entry in right return. Stacks to party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. Nos 68, 69, and 73-89 Marine Parade (qv) form a group with Nos 1-14 Royal Crescent (qv).
