Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco. Roof obscured by parapet. 3 storeys and attic over basement. 2-window range. Up stairs to flat-arched entry with overlight, framed by Tuscan pilasters and entablature. To the left is a full-height segmental bay with tripartite windows; all windows flat arched. Balcony with cast-iron railings to first floor. Storey band between first and second floors is interrupted by the bay. Entablature and cornice to second floor; entablature and parapet to attic. Stacks to party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs and area.
