Description
Number 34 is a terraced house built around 1825, located on the south side of Norfolk Square in Brighton. The building is finished in stucco, and its roof is hidden by a parapet. It has two storeys and features a one-window range. The ground floor showcases banded rustication, while the entrance is flat-arched and includes an overlight. There is a two-storey segmental bay with a semi-dome, and the windows have a central mullion with 6/6 sashes that are of original design. A storey band is interrupted by the bay, and Ionic pilasters flank the first floor. The house has an entablature, a blocking course, and a stack on the party wall. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are cast-iron railings leading to the steps and area, which are topped with spearhead finials.
