Description
No. 2 Bedford Place is a terraced house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco with a tiled roof and has three storeys over a basement, featuring dormers and a one-window range. The ground floor is decorated with banded rustication. The entrance is flat-arched and includes an overlight. There is a three-storey segmental bay with tripartite windows and original design sashes on the ground and first floors. A bracketed balcony with cast-iron railings is present on the first floor, and the cornice is interrupted by the bay. The building has a parapet, a dormer in the roof, and chimney stacks on the party walls. The interior has not been inspected.
