Description
No. 19 Montpelier Road is a terraced house built around 1825. It features a stucco exterior and a tiled roof. The building has four storeys above a basement, with a dormer and a one-window range. The entrance is flat-arched and includes an overlight. There is a full-height segmental bay with tripartite windows that have original sash designs. On the first floor, there is a verandah with cast-iron railings, arcading on the canopy, and decorative ironwork in the spandrels. The house also has a wreathed frieze, cornice, and a blocking course, which is interrupted for the dormer. There are stacks on the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
