Description

Number 25 is a terraced house built around 1825, located on Hampton Place in Brighton. The building is finished in stucco, with its roof hidden by a parapet. It has three storeys above a basement and features a one-window range. There are steps leading up to a flat-arched entrance, which is framed by pilasters and an architrave. This entrance includes an overlight and a panelled door that is of original design.

To the left, there is a two-storey segmental bay that has a tripartite window with original design sashes on the first floor, topped with a cornice and a semi-dome. The second-floor window has a sill band with an architrave. The building is also adorned with a cornice and a blocking course. The cast-iron railings are present at the steps and area. The interior has not been inspected.
