Description

Numbers 19 and 21 are a pair of terraced houses dating from around 1825. They are constructed of stucco, with the roof hidden behind a parapet. The houses are three storeys high, with a basement level, and each has a single-window frontage. A flight of steps leads to a flat-arched entrance framed by pilasters and an architrave, with an over-light and a panelled door of original design. Number 19 features a two-storey segmental bay with tripartite windows, and retains original side sashes. Number 21 also has original sashes. A sill band is present to the flat-arched window on the second floor of Number 19. The house has a cornice and blocking course at the top. The interior was not inspected. Cast-iron railings run along the steps and to the area below the entrance.
