Detached house. c1850. Stucco, roof of slate. 2 storeys over basement, plus dormer; 5-window range, double-fronted. Flat-arched entrance under bracketed metal canopy, with pilasters and entablature; broad doorcase incorporating sidelights. Ground-floor windows round-arched with moulded stucco archivolts linked by springing bands, and having keystones in the form of an acanthus-leaf console dependent from the storey band; first-floor windows with bracketed sills and architraves; bracketed eaves with shields to frieze between brackets; hipped roof; stuccoed and corniced side stacks and one additional stack next to the central dormer. INTERIOR: not inspected. Stuccoed and corniced flank walls to area and gate piers; cast-iron railings to entrance steps and area.
