Description

This is a house built around 1840, located on Montpelier Street in the City of Westminster. The building is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and features channelled stucco on the ground floor. It has four storeys, including an attic, plus a basement, and is two windows wide. The entrance is situated on the right side, featuring a square-headed door and windows, with a panelled door. The windows are mainly casements and have stucco architraves. There is a simplified cornice, a cast iron balcony on the first floor, and cast iron railings in the area.
