Description

These are two terraced houses dating from around 1840. They are constructed of stucco with tile roofs. The houses are two storeys high with a basement, and include dormers. They have a two-window frontage. The ground floor is decorated with banded rustication. A flat-arched entrance is framed by pilasters and an entablature, featuring an overlight and original-design panelled doors. A segmental bay extends to the ground and first floors, featuring triple windows; the sash windows on the first floor of number 25 retain their original design. A storey band is present, above which is a blocked window. A cornice and blocking course run around the bay. Dormers are set within a mansard roof, and stacks are located on the party walls. The interior remains uninspected.
