Description
Number 13 is a terraced house built around 1850, featuring a stucco exterior and a slate roof with end chimneystacks. The house has three storeys and a basement, with three windows across the front. The second floor showcases sash windows with verticals only, framed in moulded architraves. The lower floors are distinguished by two-storey canted bays that lack glazing bars. The central window has a floating cornice, although it was replaced in the late 20th century. The entrance is marked by a central doorcase with pilasters and an entablature, complemented by a moulded cornice, bands between the floors, and a rusticated ground floor. The property also features cast-iron railings leading to the steps and area, adorned with spearhead finials. The interior has not been inspected.
