Description

Two adjacent houses, Greenhill Cottage and Quin Cottage, were built in the 18th century. They have timber frames with roughcast plaster on brick plinths and steep red pantile roofs. The rear of No. 9 has a weatherboarded extension. No. 9 features an internal gable chimney stack on its north side, shared with No. 10, along with an external chimney at its south end. No. 10 has an internal gable chimney on its north end. The west front presents a unified appearance with five windows on the first floor, a three-light casement window near each end of the ground floor, and two canted bay windows.
