46 Sheep Street is a house located in Shipston on Stour, dating from the mid to late 18th century. The building is constructed from squared, coursed lias stone and has a rendered front, featuring a plinth and a storey band. It has a 20th-century tiled roof with a brick stack at one end. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range with a T-shaped plan.
At the center, there is a 19th-century four-panelled door with a plain overlight and a flat hood supported by consoles. To the right of the door is a 19th-century canted bay window, and to the left is a 19th-century sash window. On the first floor, there are three openings with a 19th-century two-light casement window. At the rear, there is a two-storey stone range.
