Description
That Cottage is a house located on Bridge Street in Kineton, dating from the mid to late 18th century with later alterations. It is constructed of brick on a blue lias plinth and features a gabled roof covered with old tiles, along with a brick stack at one end. The building has a single-unit plan and stands two storeys tall, plus an attic, with a two-window range.
The exterior includes a plat band above the ground floor and a top dentil brick cornice. The entrance, located to the left, has a 20th-century six-panel door. On the ground floor, there is a window with a rubbed brick flat arch above an altered six-over-six horned sash window. The first floor features segmental-headed windows with two-light small-paned casements, one of which has been renewed. Additionally, there is a gabled roof dormer that contains a two-light leaded casement. The interior has not been inspected.
