Description

The Cottage is a house located in Kineton, originally built in the 17th century and later refronted in the 18th century. It features painted brick construction and has a gabled old tile roof with a brick end stack. The building has a single-unit plan and stands two storeys plus an attic, with a two-window range.

The exterior includes a plaster plinth, a plat band over the ground floor, and a top modillioned cornice. The entrance is on the left and has a renewed plank door. The ground floor window has a tile sill and a brick flat arch above a 2-light small-paned casement. On the first floor, there is a blocked opening and a window with a timber lintel above another 2-light small-paned casement. Additionally, there is a gabled roof dormer that features a similar casement window. The interior has not been inspected.
