5/11 The Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Possibly C17 with later additions. Timber-framed with painted brick infill and later brick additions. Slate roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west facing south with further additions to both former gable ends and to rear (north). Central entrance and east end stack. Single storey and attic, two half gables with 2-light windows, two similar windows flank central porch with half-glazed door. Framing substantially complete though refaced in parts and obscured by later additions. Formerly three square panels from sill to wall-plate.
