Farmhouse, now house. Possibly C17, altered C20. Timber-framed with part brick refacing and part wattle-and-daub infill, sandstone plinth and external stack, detached brick shaft, tiled roof, three framed bays aligned east/west facing south, central entrance and large external stack to west gable end, later brick stack to east gable end, outshut with catslide roof to rear. Single storey and attic, three gabled dormers with 3-light metal casements and glazing in gable. One 3-light C20 glazing bar casement and similar 2- light window flank doorway with ledged door and sidelights. Framing, fairly complete, formerly three square panels from sill to wall-plate, V-struts in gable.
