Description

The war memorial, located 50 meters west of Elmfield House in Southwell, was constructed around 1920. It is made of ashlar stone and features a bronze tablet and cross. The memorial has a moulded octagonal base with four steps leading up to an inscribed octagonal pedestal. This pedestal supports an octagonal shaft that is topped with a wreathed bronze and stone cross.
