Description

The brick garden walls located to the north, east, and south of The Burgage in Southwell date from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. These walls are constructed of brick, with the northern section featuring a pebbledashed finish and chamfered brick coping. The north range includes a pair of square, panelled gatepiers that support a wrought iron gate. The south range has a driveway opening that was added in the late 20th century. Overall, the walls extend approximately 140 meters in length.
