House and adjoining wall and gatepiers. Early C19 with mid C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roof. Chamfered eaves, single ridge and side wall stacks. 2 storeys; 3 window range of renewed glazing bar sashes arranged 2/1. Below, off-centre 4-panel door with rendered surround. To left, 2 sashes and to right a single sash, all with keystoned lintels. To left, a single storey lean-to adition. To right, brick boundary wall with gabled brick coping, approx. 10M long. Pair of square brick gatepiers with pyramidal stone caps.
