House, now optician's shop. Late C18 with late C20 alterations. Rendered and colourwashed with ashlar dressings and concrete tile roof with single rendered gable stack. First floor band and sill band, moulded eaves. 3 storeys plus attics; 2-window range. Two 12-pane sashes and above, two 6-pane sashes, all with multi keystone lintels. Above again, a C20 box dormer with 2-light casement. Ground floor has to left a moulded round-arched doorcase with keystone, fielded 6-panel door and fanlight. To right, two 12-pane sashes.
