House, now shop and dental surgery, and attached railing. 1790, altered mid C19 and late C20. Brick with rendered basement and painted ashlar dressings, with slate roof and single gable stack. Basement lintel band, ground-floor sill band, first-floor band, wooden gutter on brackets, coped gables. 3 storeys plus basement; 3-window range. Windows are mainly 4-pane sashes with multi keystone lintels. Second-floor windows are smaller. Ground floor has 2 windows and to right a wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and dentillated pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and fanlight. Basement has two C20 twelve-pane sashes. Outside, cast-iron railing to area and steps, with spindle balusters.
