House, now bar, and attached railings. 1790, altered c1890 and 1990. Brick with painted basement and ashlar dressings, and slate roof with single ridge stack. First-floor band, modillion wood eaves cornice. 3 storeys plus basement; 3-window range. Windows are sashes with multi keystone lintels. On the first floor, 3 plain sashes and above, 3 smaller plain sashes. Ground floor has 2 plain sashes with sunblinds and to right, a wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and dentillated pediment, fielded 4-panel door and stained-glass fanlight. Basement has 2 renewed plain sashes. Outside, plain wrought-iron railing to area and steps.
