House, now consulting rooms and offices. Late C18. Yellow brick with ashlar dressings and slate roof with single gable and ridge stacks. Plinth, sill bands, first and second floor bands, moulded eaves cornice. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Windows are 12-pane sashes, the central first floor window with shouldered surround. Second floor has 3 sashes. Central doorcase with Doric columns and pediment, with part glazed fielded panelled door with elliptical plain fanlight. On either side, a sash with the lower light reglazed, and beyond, a board door with projecting surround.
