The building has a plinth, sill bands, and bands at the first and second floors, along with a moulded eaves cornice. It stands three storeys high and has a five-window range. The windows are 12-pane sashes, with the central first-floor window featuring a shouldered surround. The second floor has three sashes. The central doorcase is adorned with Doric columns and a pediment, and it includes a part-glazed fielded panelled door with an elliptical plain fanlight.
