Description
Laurel Bank is a two-storey building with a double depth central entry plan and a rear service wing. It features a rendered and painted exterior with a Welsh slate roof and rendered stacks. The front has three windows and a central part-glazed door with three panes by three panes, topped by a transom light. Panelled pilasters support brackets and a flat hood above the door. The windows are 3 over 3 pane sashes with marginal half panes, and the central window above the door is narrower. The roof is hipped, with wall stacks on either side. There is a modern two-storey service wing to the left, while the rear elevation has not been seen. The interior was not observed during the resurvey.
