Description
3 Whitecross Street is a two-storey building with a rendered and painted front, topped by a Welsh slate roof and featuring a red brick chimney stack. The building has a double depth plan with the entrance located on the left side. It has two windows on the front facade. The door consists of six panels, four of which are glazed, and includes an overlight and a flat hood supported by carved brackets. The window to the right of the door is a plate glass tripartite sash, while the upper windows are also plate glass sashes. All windows are equipped with stone cills. The roof has a low pitch and the chimney stack is positioned on the right gable. The rear elevation has not been observed. The interior has not been seen during the resurvey.
