Description

8 Lion Street is a two-storey building with a rendered and painted exterior, topped with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stacks. It features a double depth central entry plan and has three windows on the front. The entrance door is adorned with a pedimented architrave and consists of six panels, four of which are glazed. The windows are all 8 over 8 pane sashes. The roof has a moderate pitch and includes a stack on each gable, with the taller stack on the left possibly shared with No. 6. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was also not inspected during the resurvey.
