Description
31 North Street is a two-storey building constructed from coursed squared rock-faced stone, topped with a Welsh slate roof and featuring red brick stacks. It has a double depth central entry plan and three windows on the front facade. The doorway is recessed and has a late 20th-century replacement part-glazed door. The windows are eight over eight pane sashes. The roof has a low pitch and includes a stack at each gable. The rear elevation has not been inspected.
Although the interior was not seen, it is reported to have a straight flight stair in the central hall.
