Description

This is a two-storey, two-window roadside building, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of roughly coursed, rock-faced rubble stone, which has been painted, with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stacks. The building follows a single-depth central-entry plan, with a rear outshut. The front elevation features a central doorway with a part-glazed door and a small, later slate hood. It has twelve-pane sash windows on both floors. The roof has a low pitch, with a stack at each gable. The rear elevation was not inspected. The interior was not inspected during the recent resurvey.
