Description
This is a house with attached railings, built in the 19th century. It features a rendered and painted front with a natural slate roof and red brick chimney stacks. The layout is a double depth central entry plan, consisting of two storeys and three windows, all of which have modern replacements in 3 x 6 pane plastic frames that do not match the original style. The entrance has a modern panelled door set within a simple pedimented doorcase. The roof has a low pitch and eaves that are supported on paired brackets, with ridge stacks shared with the adjoining house on the right. The property is also enclosed by light spear head railings with dog bars and a single gate. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
